Steve
The owner. Twenty plus years experience in food marketing communications. Steve also has an advanced degree in communication (mostly only his mom is impressed) – he learned the good stuff in the trenches. Oh yes, he is also an accomplished food photographer with numerous cookbooks under his belt (figuratively speaking of course!). A bit of an overachiever, but the kind of guy you want in your corner.

Vicki
The account manager, with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. A main stay at Lalich Resources for over sixteen wonderful years. Obsessive about detail, sharp as a whip and one heck of a writer. Vicki has an easy going manner with a calming effect that will get you through the most challenging projects. You’ll love her!

Julee
The project manager. Also at Lalich forever. The one who keeps everything moving and on track. By the way, did we mention we’re all multi-taskers here? She is also a great photo stylist with training from the CIA (Culinary, not the spy guys). There’s never a bad day in Julee’s world. Just call her to check on a project – she’ll brighten up your day. Guaranteed!

Sue
The chef (and married to the boss). A fantastic cook for so many years, Steve put her to work. Certified at Kendall College – one of the nation‘s best, with CIA training for good measure. Fired three times, but still keeps showing up!

Stefanie
Account Executive. Nepotism is alive and well. But seriously, Stefanie brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the table only a daughter fearing the wrath of the Dad could bring. With a degree in Public Relations/Business, Stefanie will not stop until the job is done, and done right. Strategically blending PR, Marketing and Business makes her invaluable when serving the needs of our clients.

JulieAnne
The Art Director and Chief Designer. Incredibly creative and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, JulieAnne holds a Bachelors’ and Masters' degree in visual arts. Having a strong design background with tons of experience, JulieAnn can turn projects around in the blink of an eye. So don’t blink or you might miss her. Creative, fast, and spot on. That’s our JulieAnn.

Debbie
The office manager. Who’s kidding who? She runs the place. If you have a question on just about anything, she’s got the answer. Keeps us all in line and your billing easy to understand and ACCURATE! We know you’ll appreciate that! (Hey, that looks a lot like Marcia Brady.)

Karen
Karen Kaehler is an ACF certified Chef. She has taught at both Johnson & Wales University, and the Art Institute of Colorado. Her professional experience spans over 25 years, mostly in the hotels, restaurants, and clubs of South Florida. She worked as a Research Chef for Boston Market in Colorado, in culinary operations for Royal Caribbean Cruises, and as a chef in Antarctica. She holds a M.Ed. from Colorado State University, a B.S. from Florida State University, and an A.O.S degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Two Chefs in one building. Now that’s heaven! (No kid photo-Karen was born a Chef!)
